Shipping policy

Here at BellaRose Beauty Collections we are treating the current COVID- 19 situation with the utmost importance with our priority being to protect the well-being and safety of our customers and employees.

US orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from purchase date. International orders are processed and shipped with 7-10 business days. These dates should provide a guideline but may also vary as the situation and requirements change. 

Once your order has been processed and ready for pick up by our courier your tracking details will be sent to you so you can track your orders progress from there. We appreciate your understanding at this time and will update you if there any further changes.

 Weekends are excluded ( does not count as shipping days.)

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after 3 attempts of trying to contacting you, and we are unsuccessful, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you have realized that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us via email within 24 hrs at info@bellarosebeautycollections.com. We will do our best to fulfill your request and update your order. BellaRose Beauty Collections does not take responsibility for incorrect information entered by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.bellarosebeautycollections.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly.  BellaRose Beauty Collections is not responsible for packages that have a delivered status by the carrier. We do not issue refunds for packages that state a delivered status. However, contact us by calling or emailing us within two(2) days of missing packaged.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped not from the date that it was placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We use USPS Mail for most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
